Throughout the course the Text Engineering the Future will be used to emphasize concepts and career paths. In class, we will work out of an Engineers Notebook, which will give form to our classroom experiments.

As possible and neccessary, we will be experimenting with the use of comptuer aided manufacturing tools, such as the vinyl cutter, cnc mill and cnc router. We will also be working with traditional wood and metal tools.
